Established in 2022, Thirteen Fortune (TF) serves as the overseas subsidiary and international operational headquarters for its parent company headquartered in China. it is an  Authorized Overseas Sales Agent for NissanDongfeng, Geely, and Jiangling Motor Corporations. The company specializes in automobile export, CKD/SKD/DKD assembly solutions, and end-to-end supply chain integration for global markets. Leveraging the manufacturing capabilities and industrial ecosystem of its Chinese parent entity, TF implements an integrated “sell-and-buy” business model—centered on CKD (Completely Knocked Down), SKD (Semi-Knocked Down), and DKD (Direct Knocked Down) configurations—to facilitate closed-loop international capital circulation and mitigate foreign exchange constraints commonly encountered in target markets. Its primary administrative office, DKD processing facility, and packaging center are strategically located in Zhengzhou, Haikou (Hainan Province), and Guangzhou.

It has established its own automobile assembly and packaging facilities, thereby forming an integrated service chain from production to export. This chain serves emerging markets in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa,Latin America
